The company SCHULZ Systemtechnik GmbH was founded in 1954 by Heinrich Schulz in Visbek in Lower Saxony. In 1970 the company developed a controller for an animal-feed company and at the end of the seventies a stored programme control system. The business continued to grow and developed from a traditional tradesman's operation into a leading company in the agricultural feed industry. In addition, SCHULZ Systemtechnik GmbH was one of the first German enterprises in its field to make extensive investments both in the new federal German states of East Germany and in Central-Eastern and Southern Europe. Today, from its headquarters in Visbek and from six other locations, SCHULZ Systemtechnik GmbH serves clients in more than thirty countries across all continents.
