Technology specifically for high hygiene standards in the food industry
At the Aldrup site, Agrarfrost has created one of the most modern production plants for frozen potato products with their plant expansion. For the potato reception hall, we took over both the automation and the building technology.
The central energy supply is provided by the 5,000 A low-voltage main distribution including transformer station. State-of-the-art lighting technology in combination with daylight-dependent control also guarantee optimal and energy-efficient illumination. In addition, we implemented the security lighting, fire alarm system and the remaining electrical engineering. The cable laying systems are designed to meet the high hygienic requirements in the food industry.
From receiving to cleaning to interim storage and transfer to production, the plant engineering also comes from us. Every step is controlled via the SCHULZ productionstar®. The 400 motors alone – 100 of them frequency-controlled – speak for the dimension of the project.
