We are increasing the speed in the pressing plant. We achieve this by merging internal logistics and manufacturing processes. One important task, for example, is the logistical handling of the pressing tools. We automate the tool change, the transport of press moulds and tools and their storage and retrieval by shelf operating units in corresponding heavy-duty racks. In other words, we adapt the material handling in the pressing plant precisely to your production processes. We provide:

The ID.4 has been rolling off the production line at the Volkswagen plant in Emden since spring 2022. In future, the plant is to become a pure e-factory. We have automated the electric overhead conveyors for the conveyor technology manufacturer ROFA.
