From Apprentice to National Champion

Lara wins national title

A remarkable triple success:

Lara Wenskowski, who completed her apprenticeship with us this summer, has achieved an impressive milestone within just a few weeks – progressing from Chamber Winner to State Winner and ultimately to National Champion at the German Craft Skills 2025, the German National Skills Competition in the skilled trades.

In her training occupation as an Electronics Technician for Automation and Systems Engineering, Lara competed step by step against the best young professionals in Germany – ultimately securing first place nationwide.

The official award ceremony in Oldenburg marked the culmination of her extraordinary achievement and highlighted the skill, discipline and dedication she invested in her training.

“Lara, you can be truly proud of yourself – this achievement is exceptional. You are our first national champion. Congratulations on behalf of the entire training team! We are delighted that you are part of SCHULZ,” says Albert Moré, Head of Training.
