Sustainable and smart

Blumen Ostmann’s garden centre in Oldenburg is one of the largest in Germany. Sustainability is a top priority here. In addition to the photovoltaic system, we also implemented the charging infrastructure, battery storage systems and technical building equipment.

In action for polar research

Our team from Visbek had a very special mission far away from where the action is, namely on the high seas island of Helgoland. The aim here was to enable researchers to exchange data more quickly with the mainland through a new network.

New technology for historic building

For almost 60 years, the small teahouse on the Große Wallanlage has been part of Hamburg’s “green lung” Planten un Blomen. Now it has been extensively renovated. The technical building equipment was handled by our Hamburg team.

Minimum conversion costs thanks to maximum flexibility

A new production hall at the headquarters in Essen provides the machine manufacturer Vogelsang with maximum flexibility. Hereto, we received the order for the technical building equipment and energy distribution.

MORE SPACE FOR LOGISTICS

The Bremen-based company Reimer Logistics built a new logistics centre in Europaallee, directly on the A1 motorway. When it comes to electrical engineering, security technology and building control, the logistics company relies on the expertise of our Hamburg branch.

An industrial building that sets standards

The new company building of the plant engineer Becomix sets the course for the future. Our specialists implemented the technical building equipment for this extremely demanding energy project within an extremely tight time frame.

Perfectly networked and illuminated

The oldest building of the Clausewitz Barracks, the Villa Plaut, was renovated in close coordination with the Hamburg cultural authorities. The contract for state-of-the-art network infrastructure and lighting in the listed building went to our Hamburg team.
